Tooling Design Engineer
Our tooling design engineers at work in our CAD-CAM design centres. We use Siemen UG NX software for tool Design and Moldex3D for mold flow analysis.
CNC Machining
Our 5 units of CNC machining centres are DMG Moriseiki NVX5080, DALIH MCV1020, SODICK TS507, Wele A01050 with Mitsubishi Controller.
Precision Wire-Cut machine
Our two precision wire-cut machines are a SODICK AG 400L and Sodick ALN 600G.
CNC-EDMs
Our six CNC-EDMs are SODICK AG 40 L; SODICK C32; SODICK AD55L, ARD NE 50; and TROOPS.
We can produce tooling for molding machines up to 350T. About 10-40 molds per month with lead time 2-8 weeks
